MAKING: spinach, arugula, cucumber, fried tofu, shallots and pea pods from my parents’ garden smothered in sweet and delicious korean bbq sauce
it’s almost too easy (PRE-FRIED TOFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
i found both of these gems at the asian market right by my new house here in lovely angelino heights. the sauce is crazy cheap, doesn’t have anything bad in it, and is sweetened with pear juice! i could put it on most things.
